What is TRASH CAN Valet?

This is a unique service we offer to all our customers at no extra charge. After cleaning, we will return your TRASH CAN back to a point you designate. This way you don't have to deal with the hussle of bringing it back.

How often should I have my TRASH CAN cleaned?

CGC will clean your residential trash cans once a month. For commercial clients we offer different schedules to meet your needs.

If I sign up, when will you start cleaning my cans?

CGC will contact you when we receive your request, to let you know when the next service is scheduled in your neighborhood.

How do I pay for your service?

CGC accepts different payment methods. Paypal is an easy and convenient way of making payments online, however, you do not need a Paypal account to pay for our service. Simply go to the "Residential" page. After you decide what service(s) suits you best, hit the "Add to Cart" button that corresponds to the plan that you want. You can then choose what payment method you want to use. Personal and business checks are also accepted.

Do I need to be home when you come to clean my TRASH CAN?

No. CGC will clean your TRASH CAN on the street after it has been emptied; you need to do nothing different. You won’t notice us, but will notice our work!

Do I have to have all my trash cans cleaned?

No, CGC will only clean the cans you originally request us to service.

Can I have only my recycling can cleaned?

Unfortunately no. Recycling cans are only serviced in addition to at least one regular TRASH CAN.

Can I alternate or rotate cans each cleaning cycle?

No. Each can has its own identification and will be cleaned each service cycle. The periodic cleaning of any given can ensures its sanitary condition.

Will you provide a one-time cleaning?

Planning carefully allows us to keep the cost per cleaning as low as possible.If need be, we will do a one-time cleaning, however, extra charges will apply. Please call us to discuss your needs.

How will I know when my cans have been cleaned and it is OK to bring them inside?

You will notice the difference; the TRASH CAN is not the enemy anymore! However, we do put an easily removable tag. Additionally we provide TRASH CAN VALET service after cleaning, returning your trash cans to where you designate.

What happens if I forget to put my TRASH CAN out?

If service cannot be performed on your designated day because you are away, forgot to take the trash cans out, or for any other reason, CGC will add another service date to the end of your billing cycle.

What happens if you skip my TRASH CAN by mistake?

We identify all the trash cans that we service. However mistakes do happen. In the rare event that we miss your TRASH CAN we will schedule a visit as soon as we can on a subsequent trash collection day. If it is not possible, we will add an extra month to your billing cycle.

What if I move?

Just contact us by phone or e-mail, and we will update our records to begin servicing your new home.

Can I pay for someone else to have the service?

Absolutely. It would be a great gift for anybody with a TRASH CAN!

Is my personal information secure?

Absolutely. We treat your information with the outmost care. CGC will not sell or disclose any personal information about our customers or former customers to any third party.

What kind of cleaning products do you use? Do I need to have any precautions with regards to my family, plants or pets?

No. CGC uses only biodegradable phosphate-free products that are eco-friendly and we collect all the water we use “leaving nothing behind”!
